Shames is facing a potential corporate take over and/or shut down! For those who have been the hill is not the biggest or steepest in the world but for what it is it sure packs punch!

The biggest assest the hill provides is its community value! Try growoing up in small town BC as a kid without the opportunity to ski or board...

There is a community run Not for Profit CO-OP trying to raise enough funds to purchase the hill and keep it open for the surrounding communitys of Terrace, Kitimat and Prince Rupert. Shares are $299.00 and if you own one you will have access to one of Canadas Hidden Gems and great deals!
