Need a ride Cranbrook to Fernie Sunday evening 28th Oct

Desperately need a ride, cant afford a cab...

I'm flying from Wales --> Ireland --> Vancouver --> Cranbrook on the same day. I get in at about 8pm or something.

What are the chances of hitching a ride from the airport at this time of day (evening)?

Gotta make it to Fernie for a 1st Aid course the next day...

Any advice would be really appreciated!
