Hey, a friend sent me this link to an interesting discussion... iPods interfering with transceivers...

Especially interesting I think, for places like Sunshine-Delerium Dive... iPods would be pretty common there...

wouldn't surprise me.

I'm wondering about my wireless mics that I use while shooting video. I want to have the skiers mic'd for their runs this year but I was curious if it would interfere.

That could be fkn tragic and i want no part of it. I think I'll do some test in a field this year with the mics on.

You'd think cell phones may screw em up too?

Peakz the article says that cell phones if they are transmitting (ie being used and talking) effect the transceivers. If you have your cell phone on, but are not using them ... then it should not effect the transceivers... at least thats what I got from it...

Anyone else still rolling with an F1? no need to worry about this digital interference....

I have an X1 and have been able to create some interference using a 2 way radio when it is transmitting. I've heard of some of the Baryvox pulses turning on and off because of the new magnetic clasps on jackets etc.
