Anyone ever play around on the back side of Big White or go beyond east peak?

I have gone back there quite a bit. Lots of pics on here, just search big white in the photo section or search el hefe. Short runs but fun, good to go when it hasn't snowed in a while. The back side of east peak has a little bowl that holds good snow but it is short. Some nice little drops and cornices to play on. There is the odd slide so make sure you have gear. It is actually quicker to skin across the flats from the Gem side to east peak then it is to take the lifts.

Thanks for the post. I can't seem to get the search feature to work when browsing photos.

El hefe, chances that you, or anyone will respond to this is a long shot. However, my partner and i will be working on project this winter focusing on okanaga freeskiing , powder being the number one priority and then terrain parks, jumps , urban rail ect. I would just like to chat with you or anyone else who has info on the outof bounds terrain at bigwhite and the okanagan aswell(, or anywhere near the valley really) |
