When Xavier de Le Rue convinced his main partners The North Face and Swatch to help him set up a dream trip he had in mind, he didn't think it would end up being that good. This the extended version of the Salomon Freeski TV Season 5 episode - Glacier Express. Until now it has only been seen at film festivals.The 'Good Times' crew rides again. This time Kaj Zackrisson and Mike Douglas ski Switzerland using only the train to get around. In a challenging season in the Alps, the boys do a pretty good job of finding a lot of good powder.

For the powder junkie there are few places on this earth where you are pretty much guaranteed a fix. One such place is Hokkaido, the north island of Japan. It snows here...a lot! Sapporo the capital receives more snow than any other metropolis with an average of 630cms every winter.

It would seem that when Andreas Fransson sets out for two weeks of ski touring in the Lygen Alps in Norway, he and his shred partner Morgan Salen do it differently than most skiers.
