September came and went. Come on October

It's been a busy month. <br />Work started (enough about that). <br />Spent a weekend up at Aster Lake trying to attempt Northover Ridge only to be limited by a bunch of snow. But it all worked out, booze, good company and 3 days of fart jokes was better than hanging around Calgary. Talked with three guys who were attempting Joffre on the Sunday. Wondering if the snow was any good for them. <br /> <br />Last weekend went on a full day adventure with Aqua Toque (see his TR in the forums). I call it the Kananaskis Triathlon. Bike-hike-ski then reverse the order back to the car. Good trip to get in shape and get on the skis. <br /> <br />This weekend though it's time to relax a little. Sleep in, p-tex some holes, wax my skis, waterproof my hiking boots, and nap. <br /> <br />It's funny how once work started up again, I've started counting the weekends and most of them seem planned. That's one thing I miss about the summer. Waking up and thinking "What am I going to do today?" and just winging it. Suddenly weekends are booked almost till Christmas. <br /> <br />Bring it on October, let's get on with it! <br />
