Early season in the rockies

Past couple of weeks at sunshine and surrounding b/c
This year’s been pretty slow so far compared to last season. I’ve only skied a few days being fairly unmotivated by conditions. Regardless of snow, it still feels great to be out in the mountains with friends again. These were shot in the past few weeks at Sunshine or surrounding backcountry. Enjoy.
First huck of the year for me

This was my first fast line of the season, slowly working the confidence back up.

After exhausting the limited options inbounds we headed out to backdoor to see if we could find some more interesting terrain and snow.
While hiking out
Sizing it up. I wanted to hit the big drop on the cliff band but most of the possible landing zones were only about 50-80cm deep and I decided not to risk it in the end. Now it's haunting me.

Jeff found a tiny little chute that was pretty fun on the way out
This might look really nice but I manged to do this...

Yo, you are pasting in the Forum Image Tag. Under that in the large photo gallery there is a tag that says Article/ Blog. That one works. If you just swap out the tags you have in there now it will all be good. This is a blog and not a forum. Dont ask me why the sames tags dont work, that is Boris' domain. Id wish you luck but you shouldnt need it.
