I guess I'll start in August in Chile.

I was down at Portillo resort coaching the 'Superstars' camp with Chris Davenport, Shane McConkey, Chris Anthony, and Ingrid Backstrom. It doesn't happen often, but instead of getting the classic "You shoulda been here yesterday", we timed our arrival perfectly getting there just one day after the last storm. As you can imagine the conditions were epic. Even though it was sunny everyday for the rest of the trip, we were still able to hike to some powder on our last day. Thanks to everyone who was there... good times.

From Chile, I headed back to Whistler where my wife, Susie, and I packed up the kids and jumped on a plane to England. It was a bit weird for me because in all the years I've travelled in Europe, I'd never seen England outside of Heathrow. Lots of cool history but not exactly an ideal hub of mountain culture, and I still can't get used to the taste of warm beer.
