Fernie just got factored!

Just been out on the snowmobile into the mountains around Fernie.  It has snowed nearly 1 meter in the last 24 hours with no sign of letting up.  Today was almost too deep, sure glad to have made it out of the backcountry as it continues to nuke down!

Snowmobiling was the only way to get out and enjoy the powder as once again RCR was completely shut down and not able to handle the snow..  For most of the day no lifts were loading, yet $90 lift tickets were still avaialble.  Fun!

Tomorrow will be another great day to get out on the sled and ski some of the uber deep pow out there.  Gotta get it before spring starts to come back!
