Those who braved the cold to spectate got their moneys worth. Once again these kids showed the crowd what the future of freesking is going to look like. The combining of Freestyle tricks on natural terrain is becoming the standard at Junior freeski events. Competitors now routinely doing threes and switch 180's off natural drops in gnarly terrain. Together these groms our carving their own style into the sport. it will be wild to see these kids in 5 or 10 years, almost scary.
The next stop on the RCR freeski scene is Fernie Alpine Resort February 2nd and 3rd.
RCR would like to thank Snickers, Rossignol, Old Dutch, Helly Hansen, Fresh for sponsoring such a great event.
