Weather condidtions couldnt have been better for yesterdays Salomon Superpipe Finals and PLaystation Big Air at the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival. Although the pipe conditions could have been better the athletes still decided to buckle up and send it both early on in the pipe and later on at the Big Air. Some heavy hitters were invited to compete against a crop of athletes who faught their way in to the finals by qualifying in less than ideal conditions.
Some of the highlights from the event were Scotty Hibberts attempts at a double backflip and Brad Martin sending gynormous airs in the pipe superhit contest.
