Slopestyle Finals at the WSSF

The weather played some interesting havock during the Slopestyles and Superhit finals on Thursday. Some lucky riders had clear conditions, while others had to deal with heavy snowfall and fog. When the smoke cleared T.J. Schiller stood a top of the podium to take the win and the cash. On the ladies side it was Marie Martinod collecting the win.

Out of 25 Finalists 5 of them were from Silvertar! The Vernon boys are killing it! Schiller and young Riley Leboe from the star were two of the top four when all was said and done. Unfortunately the women put down a lacklustre performance, of the 3 women competing only Marie Martinod skied into the features. The other two just skied through the course in a disappointing show.

Whistler and Telus have done another fine job in putting on a sick event.
