How have you dedicated your life to the mountains and adventure?
I was born in Fernie so the mountains have always been a big part of my life. The lifestyle that goes along with being a skier is the best, and mountains offer so much opportunity for exploring and different activities. I've always tried to spend the most of every winter skiing, it's good to have that motivation each year to get ready for the season, till it's over and then you do it all over again.
Why have you dedicated your life to mountain pursuits?
Skiing is the best way I can think of to travel and appreciate being a part of the environment around us. It's something that we can do and have fun with for our whole lives. Also the people I've met along the way make it all worthwhile.
What are some things the mountains have taught you that have proven valuable in the real world?
Being in the mountains everything seems simple, it makes other things feel less important. In everyday life I try to remember that and appreciate what's around me.
