"1STEP aims to find and communicate practical ways for winter sports communities worldwide to practice their sport with environmental sustainability in mind. Whether it’s at a resort or in the backcountry, 1STEP is dedicated to finding ways of reducing carbon emissions and making sure that the environment isn’t harmed in the pursuit of winter play.
The foundation collaborates with industry sponsors, resorts, athletes, skiers, snowboarders and sledders as well as members of academia, government and non-governmental organizations to find innovative ways of protecting our environment and fighting climate change that mean we can enjoy our winters now and in the future."

1Step is working in collaboration with companies like Salomon, Smith, Helly Hansen, and Dakine to reduce emmissions and take it easy on the earth. They also hope to work with ski resorts worldwide to make them carbon neutral.

Sad that this CO2 bullshit is still spreading. Must be Fortress LLC, Mark's bosses at Intraborg, (comprised of Goldman Sachs execs) that have put him up to this to help them reap some more trillions off the peasants.
Environmentalism has lost the plot!!! There is no consensus on climate change, only a very controlled mainstream media that is hi-jacking innocent green hearts through disinformation and fear. There's far more important pollution to be concerned with than earth's primary fertilizer.
